How is the process of buying a property with Estia?

Find a property
Step 01 is to find a property you like that has all the essentials you are looking for within your budget range. If you still need to determine your budget, you can use an online mortgage calculator or contact us and we can assist you with that.
Apply for a viewing
Once you find one or more properties you are in love with, you can apply directly through our website and request that one of our agents help you in setting viewings. We can also help you in finding properties that match your search criteria, don’t hesitate to ask!
Make an offer
Once you find the perfect match, work with one of our agents in order to make an offer! We will assist you in providing all the necessary documentation to make this process as easy as possible. There might be some negotiation required, so it’s good that you have a capable and specialised assistance with it.
Inspection
While in escrow, we will help you arrange a property inspection (if that’s the case), so that you are protected and fully aware of any eventual unannounced problems that the property may have. Once that’s out of the way, we move on to finalising the process!
Financial rate
Once the inspection is done, you can sit down with your lender in order to set up the final loan rate that works best for you.
Close the deal
Once the financial part is over, the deal is closed and the property is officially yours!
